in telnet we give the command

opkg remove enigma2-plugin-ciplusinstall --force-overwrite


To delete a new plugin, the command in telnet

opkg remove enigma2-plugin-systemplugins-ciplusinstall --force-overwrite

or remove from the menu of the receiver, in the system plugs.
